2. Please select the current belt you/your child are at the moment.
3. Only put your name down if your instructor has said you are ready.

DEADLINE FOR SUBMITTING YOUR FORM IS THE THURSDAY BEFORE THE GRADUATION.

Tiger Tots 9am

White & Yellow Belts 10am

Orange & Blue Belts 11am

Green Belts 12pm

Red Belts (3rd & 2nd Gups) 1pm

Red Belts (1st Gups) 2pm

Black Belts 3pm
